Times & Tracking
Many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer or
designer. Most non-personalized items ship within 3-4 business days unless
noted in the product description. Please note, personalized items will take
longer to ship, as they are custom made.
If you need
an order rushed, please email us at sales@newbornserenity.com and
we can make arrangements to get your order to you as soon as possible,
based on the designers inventory and policies.
Rates
apply to shipments within the continental USA. For Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico
additional charges will apply. Please contact us if you would like items
shipped internationally and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your NewBorn Serenity purchase,
we'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a a store credit for the
original price paid.
Please
contact us through e-mail before returning a product to receive return
instructions. We are unable to accept items that are returned without contacting
us first to receive a confirmation number. We recommend all returns be shipped
via insured mail, as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Return
the item within 15 days of purchase, undamaged, unworn or washed, and in its
original packaging with tags attached. Items
returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days, or not in
original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.
Custom-ordered
and personalized merchandise may not be returned or exchanged unless it is not
what you ordered or is damaged. Please be sure to check the spelling of names,
initials, etc. before placing your order.
